Rossendale Print – Terms & Conditions

1. Quotation Validity
All quotations provided by Rossendale Print are valid for 24 hours from the time they are issued. After this period, prices may be subject to change due to material costs, availability, or production requirements.

2. Orders & Acceptance
An order is only considered accepted once written confirmation has been provided by Rossendale Print and any required payment or deposit has been received.

3. Artwork & Proofing
Customers are responsible for supplying print-ready artwork. Rossendale Print is not liable for errors (including spelling, colours, or layout) once a proof has been approved by the customer.

4. Payment Terms
Payment is required in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are subject to VAT where applicable.

5. Cancellations & Amendments
Orders that have entered production cannot be cancelled or amended. Any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be chargeable.

6. Delivery & Collection
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Rossendale Print will not be held liable for delays caused by couriers, suppliers, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the bespoke nature of printed products, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the goods are proven to be faulty or not as specified in the agreed proof.

8. Liability
Rossendale Print’s liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

9. Ownership of Goods
All goods remain the property of Rossendale Print until paid for in full.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
